Ещё до создания» ZZ TOP» Gibbons
был уже достаточно популярен
в южных штатах как участник
созданной в 1966 году группы
«MOVING SIDEWALKS».Бас-
гитарист Dusty Hill и ударник
Frank Beard
пришли из группы «AMERICAN
BLUES».Работать группа начала
в 1970 году
в г.Эль Пасо.
Распалась в 1969г.Gibbons собрал
новую группу
и назвал её» ZZ TOP».
